When I first came to IX, Site Dude had me up and running without any problems within 48 hours at a very reasonable rate. I never have to wait long to talk to their technical support. Their sales and technical support are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. For example, I called and talked to a representative the other night that was able to assist me with mssql database connection issues. He also was very patient in helping me set up a mssql database table once we resolved the first issue. My webmaster told me that using mssql with IXwebhosting is much easier than with any other web hosting company he has had experience with. With all of the hosting companies I have been with before, I have been treated as just a number. When I call IX free support (unlike my previous host), they remember me by name.
